The rules for using ARVantage.AI.
These terms govern your access to the ARVantage.AI website and marketing materials. Commercial use of the AR Vantage Worker OS is governed separately by the master services agreement signed with Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd.
1. Acceptance
By accessing arvantage.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site, download publicly offered materials, and submit demo requests for legitimate business evaluation. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the content, or attempt to interfere with the service.
3. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and design elements on this site, including the ARVantage.AI name and Worker OS trademarks, are owned by Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd. or its licensors. No licence is granted except as expressly stated.
4. No warranty
The site is provided on an as-is basis for informational purposes. Statistics, benchmarks and forward-looking statements are illustrative and do not constitute a commercial commitment.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARVantage.AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
