How we handle personal data.
ARVantage.AI is the AI and Digital business unit of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, request a demo, or interact with the AR Vantage Worker OS, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, role and any message you send. When you use the AR Vantage Worker OS inside your organisation, we process the enterprise data your administrators authorise, in your tenant, under your policies.
2. How we use information
We use contact information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule demos, and share relevant product updates you have opted into. Enterprise data processed by AI Workers is used only to complete the tasks you assign, produce audit logs, and improve reliability of your own deployment. We never use customer data to train foundation models.
3. Data residency and retention
Data is processed and stored in the region your organisation selects. Contact enquiries are retained for 24 months. Enterprise operational data follows the retention terms of your master agreement.
4. Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by identity-aware execution, role-based access control, PII redaction before external LLM calls, and complete audit trails. See our Security page for more.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by writing to privacy@arvantage.ai. We respond within 30 days.
