Responsible AI

Responsible AI.
How we build AI Workers people can trust.

ARVantage.AI is built to run mission-critical work at industrial scale. That comes with a responsibility to design, deploy and govern AI systems that are safe, fair, transparent and accountable.

Human oversight

AI Workers operate under configurable autonomy. High-impact actions, financial, safety or compliance sensitive, route to a named human approver before execution. Autonomy is earned, not assumed.

Grounded output

Answers are grounded in your enterprise sources with citations. Workers say I do not know instead of guessing. Ungrounded generation is disabled by default in production skills.

Fairness and bias

We evaluate skills against representative test sets before rollout and monitor for drift in production. Any skill that affects people decisions, hiring, appraisal, credit, undergoes additional bias review.

Transparency

Users know when they are interacting with an AI Worker, what it can do, and where its answers come from. Every AI-generated artefact carries provenance metadata.

Safety and abuse prevention

Prompt injection, jailbreak and data-exfiltration attempts are detected and blocked at the reasoning layer. Workers refuse tasks outside their sanctioned scope.

Continuous evaluation

Every worker is measured on resolution rate, quality, cost and safety. Regressions trigger automatic rollback to the last known-good version.

Accountability

Every decision an AI Worker makes is attributable. Complete audit trails, versioned skills and reproducible reasoning traces mean there is always a person, and a paper trail, behind the work.
